Our mediation process.
Designed to resolve conflict quickly, fairly, and with minimal disruption to the organisation.
How we do it.
Our mediation process involves a series of facilitated meetings between two parties in conflict. Mediators act as impartial third parties and enable constructive conversations, allowing parties to understand and empathise with each other. We then use these discussions as a basis for joint problem solving. Ultimately we create agreements that are owned by the parties and provide a framework for successful and productive working relationships.
The benefits of mediation
Mediation offers a structured, impartial way to address workplace conflict before it escalates. In a confidential setting, individuals are able to speak openly, understand the impact of their behaviour, and move beyond entrenched positions.
By focusing on practical change rather than blame, mediation helps restore effective working relationships, clarify expectations, and improve communication. It reduces management time spent dealing with ongoing conflict and lowers the risk of formal grievance or tribunal.
Outcomes typically include agreed behavioural changes, greater accountability, and a clearer framework for working together professionally going forward.
